Steve Foley’s attorney is saying the that the city of Coronado has agreed to pay $5.5 million to his client to settle their lawsuit. Seems odd he would say this considering the agreement was supposed to confidential.

Finally we get some action. Rachel Silva who was shot by off-duty officer Frank White of the San Diego Police Department; will finally be called to account for her irresponsible and despicable actions that resulted in her son and herself being shot.

Don’t think Justice is being served, it’s not. She is finally going to jail for something that happened in December, and was sentenced in January. This is ridiculous.
