Listing under the weight of it’s own ineptitude ICANN has thrown up it’s hands and said:”aww, to hell with it!” Yesterday ICANN decided that instead of being good stewards of the domain name space, they will let insanity reign.
This is the most idiotic bullcrap I have ever seen. The US Attorneys in charge of this case should be fired and stripped of their license to practice law. Instead of enforcing the law, they are trying to make some bad parents feel better about the death of their daughter. Disgusting.

Most newspapers are losing larges portions of readers to the net everyday. The net is absorbing loads of content, and with it comes “eyeballs” — as we used to say — and clicks. Eyeballs and clicks are money. Unfortunately many see this as an opportunity to make themselves feel better by treating us as children.
