Betonsports founder arrested

Gary Stephen Kaplan [link]was arrested in the Dominican Republic late Wednesday [link]. His partner Norman Steinberg and other defendant Peter Wilson are still “at large”. Former Director of Betonsports David Carruthers was arrested in 2006 [link].
