Tarpaulin. Yep that handy substance that most every painter, maintenance person, and homeowner know well. Seems today that the Tube trains jumped the track after a roll of tarpaulin dislodged the vehicle.
Authorities are saying this is not terrorism, even though most people were freaking out while thinking this may be another 7/7 attack.

Another person critical (MSNBC article on Litvenenko) of the abusive and dictatorial reign of Vladimir Putin (Russian President) has been shot. Paul Joyal was shot Thursday night, near his house. Only 4 days after an interview with Nightline where he stated he believed that Putin was behind the murder of Alexander Litvenenko in London.
