Suspended cop: Sex with prostitute was not fun, it was work
No, really the cop said that. Well of course it was not fun; it’s pathetic and disgusting. Which of course means that anyone engaging a prostitute for his/her services is also disgusting and pathetic.
Detective Keith Breiner is suspended indefinitely (that means fired) from the Beaumont TX PD, as is Lt. David Kiker who is alleged by Breiner to have enlisted his participation and approved his behavior. Breiner is claiming the Police Chief did not follow procedure when he was fired, and he should be allowed to keep his job while fighting being fired.
Detective Breiner says that his supervisors not only knew he was engaging in sex, but approved of it.
Chief Frank Coffin says that no Police Department, including his allows that type of behavior. Of course he also says:
“Performance appraisals are not worth the paper they were written on,” Coffin said earlier. “The system is flawed. The system doesn’t work well and in my opinion, the system causes more problems.”
He said that in court, under oath. If the system is broken, then the system can’t be trusted; this makes Detective Breiner’s claims plausible.
It was pretty ugly in the courtroom and both sides were getting testy.
Detective Breiner’s wife, Tracy Breiner has confirmed that the department ordered him have sex to make the case.
Officer Keith Breiner maintains that the Beaumont Police Department asked him on April 1 to perform sex acts as part of the undercover investigation. He also says that every time he engaged in sexual activity in the investigation he documented in reports and received no objection from the department, the Beaumont Enterprise reported.
Why would anyone but a pervert allow this to happen? Why would anyone but a pervert engage in this type of behavior? Sounds to me like the Detective sold hi story to his wife to cover his own indiscretions. I can’t wait to see if the reports show nothing other than routine comments.
It gets more idiotic. Su Jun Han, 45 believed she had finally escaped a bad marriage, found a good life, and had a boyfriend. The boyfriend turned out to be a cop, who busted her for prostitution. She did it for love, she says.
