San Diego Officer charged in death of Police Dog.
The San Diego County district attorney’s office says it filed the misdemeanor charge Friday against Paul Hubka, an 18-year veteran dog handler.
For once Bonnie Dumanis gets it right. However even blind squirrels find nuts, now and again. However, I doubt she would have charged him if he were not a cop. Can’t get too much publicity in an election year, can you Bonnie?
