Foley Attorney seems to breach agreement

Steve Foley’s attorney is saying the that the city of Coronado has agreed to pay $5.5 million to his client to settle their lawsuit. Seems odd he would say this considering the agreement was supposed to confidential.
Quite frankly I think he should get a big fat goose egg. Well chin up Rachel Silva; the lottery is open for business in the California court system.
