Tim Russert
I can not believe this; Tim Russert has passed away. The only MSNBC ‘talking head’ that was semi-fair.
WASHINGTON - Tim Russert, NBC News’ Washington bureau chief and the moderator of “Meet the Press,” died Friday after a sudden heart attack at the bureau, NBC News said Friday. He was 58.
Stunning. Life is short. More proof that we must live every day as if it were our last.
He was one of the few people in the media who I actually admired. He lived the Journo’s ethic of reporting the news, instead of pumping out propaganda. Too bad he was the only one in the media. This is a great loss to America, and politics.
My prayers go out to the family.

I’ve been feeling more and more cynical. The first thought, when I heard that Tim Russert had a heart attach is, “He was a busy guy, probably slept 4 hours a night or less, probably at meals on the run, and it caught up to him.
The second thought I had was, he was taken out by the Clinton’s because he asked Hillary hard questions, he, I think, was the first pundant to call the race for Obama. In a world were the Clinton’s have long memories, hold grudges, and don’t play fair, I’d say there is at least a chance he was target by Billary for extinction.
No doubt a lot of people will think back to Vince Foster and think the same thing. They are dirty, just not sure they are that efficient. If they were, they would be the presumptive nominee.
