Finally we get some action. Rachel Silva who was shot by off-duty officer Frank White of the San Diego Police Department; will finally be called to account for her irresponsible and despicable actions that resulted in her son and herself being shot.

Charged! It’s about damn time. Thank you Attorney General. I can not believe I am saying that. The current AG, Jerry Brown has never struck me as a law and order guy.

The California Attorney General’s Office charged an Oceanside woman today with felony child endangerment in connection with a road-rage dispute during which an off-duty police officer opened fire on her car, wounding her and her 8-year-old son.

Rachel Silva, 27, also will face four misdemeanor counts, including drunken driving, driving with a suspended license and driving while in possession of marijuana, according to state prosecutors.

So much for “law and order”. How the hell do you charge her with a misdemeanor for the DUI? Un.Real. When does it stop! No doubt the Felony will be dropped to another misdemeanor and she will get 3 days in the pokey. No wonder the drunks are running around without fear of the police. You have to kill someone to get anyone to do something in this state.

It gets worse.

In a statement, the attorney general’s office said the circumstances that led to Silva ramming White’s car “were insufficient for the filing of a charge of assault with a deadly weapon or any other assault charge against Rachel Silva.”

What bullcrap. I said it before, she is gonna walk on this. Justice gets screwed again. Now all the pot-heads, and cop-haters are gonna run their mouth and say that White should be charged.

More proof that Jerry Brown is a joke, and that Justice gets the shaft in California. It’s time for the Justice Department to put the screws to California. They won’t, gutless weenies.

Take Her Kids, Save Their Lives

I agree with Rick Roberts on this one: CPS needs to take Rachel Silva’s kids.

Mrs. Silva has a history of putting her children in danger by drinking behind the wheel and doing drugs.

Her latest illegal actions forced a police officer to defend himself and his wife by shooting at the car she was driving illegally and recklessly. Make no mistake; Mrs. Silva was using her car as a weapon.

Let me make this clear: SHE WAS A THREAT. SHE PUT HER CHILD IN THIS SITUATION. SHE WAS THE CONTINUOUS AGGRESSOR. The police officer was defending himself and his family.

Amen! Now if we could get all the dopers to wake up from their dope induced (I think) stupidity and join us in fighting to save her children from her.

This “MOMMY” is a skilled liar, especially when it comes to using her children as an excuse for her illegal acts.
