Bird Rock Bandits not a gang says Judge
May 22nd, 2008 by Mark

Seth Cravens flashing “gang signs” with Emery Kauanui Jr
A Judge has ruled that the “Bird Rock Bandits” are not a “street gang” and thus can not be tried for 1st degree murder. The legal beagles representing the thugs is crowing saying the DA was stretching.
I think the Judge is out to lunch. These punks ran like a street gang, and should be treated like it. Once again, no justice in California.
UPDATE: The Judge says they can be tried for 2d degree murder.
Superior Court Judge John Einhorn concluded the preliminary hearing in the case saying he didn’t believe the case was one of first-degree murder, but that there may be sufficient evidence to support second-degree charges.
This is idiotic, either you murdered someone or you didn’t. There are no degrees, except here in Socialist Kalifornia. Idiotic.

Seth Cravens is an idiot and should go to prison, but he is not throwing “gang signs” in that picture. It’s ‘the shocker’. Look it up.
