Rachel Silva goes to jail

Don’t think Justice is being served, it’s not. She is finally going to jail for something that happened in December, and was sentenced in January. This is ridiculous.
Rachel Silva reported to jail today, so she could serve a 30 day sentence for Misdemeanor DUI.
Silva was arrested Dec. 15 by Oceanside police and pleaded guilty at her arraignment to misdemeanor drunk-driving, said Steve Walker, spokesman for the District Attorney’s Office.
Silva was sentenced Jan. 29 to 30 days in jail, Walker said.
She will most likely get out May 6.
According to a detention information assistant at the Vista jail, Silva’s jail term will extend to May 6.
Now some of you are saying to yourself “how is that 30 days”? It’s not, but our useless Sheriff and his failure to do his job make sentencing a joke. Good time takes care of most of the sentence.
My question is: why is this women not in Prison? I thought DUI/DWI was a big deal to law enforcement. Guess not. Beyond that, why did she get 4 months of freedom before she started serving her sentence?
Disgusting. This women is a menace to Society, herself, and her son.
