I am back, after a two day migraine brought on by the countless episodes of government stupidity here in North County. Updates, we have updates.
The Soap Opera of drunks vs good people continues here in North County, causing me to wonder if Society will last the year. The raging half-wits screaming about how a child was shot, but don’t seem to give a damn that a drunkard was on the streets and put her son’s life in danger AGAIN; are baying for blood. Gene Iredale — the ‘ambulance chaser’ who dropped Rachel like a hot potato right before the lab results were revealed — and now only represents her son; is saying — backed up by a chorus of unthinking dim bulbs — that it’s a miracle we are not viewing a coffin instead of a car. Oy vey.

This clown is giving attorneys a bad name. That is big hurdle. This idiot is so desperate to make a buck that he is pretending to be psychic. He claims that Office White saw “little Johnny” and was “shooting to kill”.
“It’s absolutely apparent that Mr. White was shooting and shooting to kill,” says Iredale.
It gets worse.
“There’s no damage that we were able to see, save for a couple of scratches and it’s impossible to tell the age of the scratches,” Iredale explains.
For some reason they don’t show Officer White’s vehicle. Guess the news folks are out to make their buck by helping Mr Iredale makes his buck.
How can any thinking individual believe a word this shakedown artist says? I can’t. He cherry-picked the most sympathetic client, and is now behaving in a most unprofessional manner. He is making up lies as he goes along, and many here are cheering him on! Again, a high bar for the legal profession, to out-scum your colleagues. Mr. Iredale is succeeding.
Anyway, the incompetent DA’s office received the case on Wednesday. No doubt they will do their stellar job and screw this up as well.

I see the state AG did not charge silva with any sort of attack on white, geeeeeeee… I wonder why? Your ranting, had we believed you would indicate otherwise. I don’t believe DUI calls for a prudent person to use deadly force unless they are unable to differentiate between a real threat and one made up in their head.
The type of law enforcement you espouse too worked very well for Hitler in the 30,s and 40,s , let’s hope we all learned from that terrible time in history. Power corrupts, absolute power absolutly corrupts. Lets wait and see what Bonnie Dementia does with frank after she gets out of bed (with him).

I told you so. I have said several times that AG “uber-liberal” Edmund “Jerry” Brown would not charge her. However I was shocked that she was charged with anything at all. He did let her off lightly though. Third DUI and it’s a misdemeanor? Oh yeah, like this idiot is gonna do the right thing.
Also, just because she was not charged with Murder does not mean she did not try to kill him. She could still be charged with assault, assault with a deadly weapon, battery.
It’s funny how some go to such extremes to make it sound like I said something I didn’t. Typical liberal. Fortunately normal people know what I said, and tend to ignore trolls like you.
You also sound like a Roger Hedgecock fan. He actually made the same idiotic comment you just made, only he said differently and in a more incendiary manner.
Amazing, is it not, how so many people are so clueless about how dangerous a drunk behind a wheel can be? I am.
Maybe next time Wayne if you want to make a point, you should not use inflammatory and hate-filled invectives, and call people Nazis. More importantly you should make relevant points that have, at least a tangential connection to the argument. Calling someone a Nazi, does not make it so; nor does it make you right or moral or clue-ful. Just as saying Rachel Silva is an innocent, does not make it so.
If power corrupts then maybe people like you should not have a vote? or be able to question police? You say that it’s bad to have power; questioning the police is power, voting is power, so maybe you shouldn’t have it? Hmm? Well?
