Criminals lie, cheat, steal, and fabricate — or conveniently forget — evidence or facts to accuse cops of all sorts of nefarious activity; especially when that criminal knows they are headed to prison unless they can find a way out. Her behavior is typical of criminals. She knows she is going to prison, unless she can make people blame the cop. Not a criminal hater, just a realist!

Since Silva was the aggressor, I presume that you think it’s OK for her to be out on the streets on a suspended license, convicted not once, but two times of DUI — why is this woman NOT in prison — and who can’t remember a thing about the incident; but can find an attorney, hell 3 attorneys to allege that Officer White is the problem. Are you really that dense?

Even so, why would anyone but a drunk or drugged up idiot get involved in an argument while driving when she should not be on the road at all? Why is it that no is willing to ask if her actions are those of an honest, trustworthy person? They are not, but that is not the point.

I am disgusted that so many side with the criminal first out of their own hatred of, or jealousy of, or vindictive attitude toward the police for some perceived slight or belief that all cops are bad. If you want law and order you can’t go blaming a cop — who seems to have no issues — and siding with a two time loser, who is looking to stay out of prison.

Oh and no one said he “brandished” his weapon. That is nothing but your attempt to color him guilty. My guess is that your brother is not a cop, or you and he do not talk much.

Cops have been killling, beating, lying, and fabricating evidence since the badge has been invented. It appears more previlent now because video is readily available to the general public.
Cops have a dirty and dangerous job but believe me there is a large percentage that are power hungry, sick individuals that should be in jail themselves.
