Lefty Released from Prison

Sarah Jane Moore who attempted to Murder President Gerald R. Ford was released today from Prison .
SAN FRANCISCO - Sara Jane Moore, who took a shot at President Ford in a 1975 assassination attempt, was released from prison Monday. Moore, 77, had served about 30 years of a life sentence when she was released from the federal prison in Dublin, east of San Francisco, the Federal Bureau of Prisons said.
30 years on a “life” sentence? Sorry she should have been executed. Life needs to mean life.
Considering the left’s hate for Ford, and the military the story is quite ironic.
She was 40 feet away from Ford outside a hotel in San Francisco when she fired a shot at him on Sept. 22, 1975. As she raised her .38-caliber revolver and pulled the trigger, Oliver Sipple, a disabled former Marine standing next to her, pushed up her arm. The bullet flew over Ford’s head by several feet.
So recently — could that be when her parole came up — she has become repentant.
In recent interviews, Moore said she regretted her actions, saying she was blinded by her radical political views.
“I am very glad I did not succeed. I know now that I was wrong to try,” Moore said a year ago in an interview with KGO-TV.
Maybe some other liberals should listen to her. Lots of people blinded by their radical political views at the moment.
Moore said that she was convinced at the time that the government had declared war on the left.
That sounds familiar.
“I never got a satisfactory answer from her as to why she did it,” said retired federal public defender James F. Hewitt. “There was just bizarre stuff, and she would never tell anyone anything about her background.”
Does anyone know anything about Hillary’s background? How about her time in the Whitehouse? Hasn’t she changed her name several times? Just thinking out loud.

Almost one year to the day since the passing of Former United States President Gerald Ford, the liberal activist who tried to kill him walks free.
Most people believe that attempting to assassinate a US President should and normally does result in a life in prison for the would - be assassin. Sara Jane Moore is proof that they are wrong. What’s more, her prison record is dotted with conduct violations and an attempted escape in 1978.
Another interesting detail of this case is that Sara Jane Moore was successful at convincing a federal judge to block a prison warden from taking away an inmate’s cell keys back in the summer of 2000.
So why would would a federal prison’s parole board free Sara Jane Moore?
Inmates with life sentences can petition for parole after a staggeringly brief 10 years. This makes it possible to receive a life sentence and be walking the street again in little more than a two-term Presidency.
Presidential assassins can take shots at elected officials, skip two elections and be back in business for more political activism just in time to pop a new President if a parole board so desires.
Moore was released under a federal law that makes parole mandatory for inmates who have served at least 30 years of a life sentence without getting into trouble, according to Thomas Hutchison, chief of staff of the U.S. Parole Commission.
Never-minding the fact that Moore’s conduct was not without incidence during her incarceration, the real outrage is that our own laws mandate the release of such prisoners in just three decades. This is good news for the John Hinckley Jr’s in our prison system, and the future activists who feel like changing the course of history.
Now Listen To This….
Michigan’s second-highest court says that anyone involved in an extramarital fling can be prosecuted for first-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony offense where Life in prison is within the mandatory sentencing guidelines for that state.
That’s right folks, our laws have become so politically and legally skewed that attempting to blow away a US President is nearly on par in the eyes of the law as an ordinary drunken fling. It’s quite an outlandish thought considering many of our own Presidents have been caught up in extramarital affairs.

The release of Sarah Jane Moore is the most joyful event in the past 20 years that ever existed!!! I’m so very very very happy that Sarah Jane Moore is Freed at last!!!!
No doubt Chris would cheer Bush or Cheney being executed.
I personally believe that “most joyful” event in the last 20 years was the Berlin Wall coming down. But hey! I am an old softy who cheers for freedom. The second most joyful was watching Iraqis vote for the first time.
So much for her freedom. She is back in prison. Seems they miscalculated her release date. *ROTFLMAO* Now that is justice. One more year for the murdering freak. Look forward to Chris showing up next year to celebrate again.
