Norv just does not get it . The chargers trounced the Raiders this last weekend, and what does Norv do? Norv goes and gets the Chargers another receiver. WTF! Hello! Running works, idiot!

Guess he just can’t be happy winning, he has to go back to passing. Nice hire, Chargers.
