College QB charged in Surfer Death
Sep 10th, 2007 by Mark
Henri Hendricks, 21 has been charged with Murder in the death of professional Surfer Emery Kaunaui, 24 in May. He plead Not Guilty. This is the fifth person charged in the crime.
Hendricks is a back up at the University of New Hampshire. He has been suspended by UNH. Guess they missed the North Carolina Rape debacle involving Duke players.
Hendricks gave a statement that detailed his involvement in the attack, but was not originally charged. Four other men were charged: Seth Cravens, 21; Eric House, 20; Orlando Osuna, 22; and Matthew Yanke, 21; all are charged with Murder, Assault, Battery.
It is believed that the group of men had an altercation with Kaunaui at a bar and then followed him home and assaulted him. Transworld Surf has a story here.
UNH has removed Hendricks page but here is a copy of the google cache.

“two kids fighting over a girl”? Seems I recall there were 5 thugs attacking one guy.
Travel is the best teacher? Then stewardesses would run the world. What I don’t get is this obsession with Nazism.
The location of the poster makes me suspicious of the comment. (Not from the US)
