Not Much of a Calling

De-frocked Archbishop defies Vatican again
An archbishop excommunicated by the Catholic Church two months ago, has ordained two more married priests in the United States, defying the Vatican.
Zambian former Roman Catholic Archbishop Emmanuel Milingo provoked the church’s ire in October after ordaining four married priests.
Archbishop Milingo, who is himself married, carried out the most recent ceremony at a church in New Jersey.
Gee what a shock, it was done in New Jersey. Would have expected this is Canada, but the women seem to be in charge up there.
Memo to ex-communicated. If you are out of the Church then you can’t really act upon it’s behalf. I am not even Catholic and I can figure that out.
Must be nice to be able to get this type of coverage by the Beeb, and yet not be called to account for your actions. He even gets positive coverage.
Just like terrorists get a pass in the Beeb, so do Christian haters. Oh wait, they are the same.
An estimated 70,000 former Catholic priests have abandoned their calling to get married.
Then it wasn’t much of a calling then, was it?
Clearly Milingo doesn’t believe in the Church either. So why is this even news? Because it’s an attack upon Christiandom. He’s called a “Rebel”, one of the Beeb favorite words for terrorists, Jew-haters, and Christian haters.
Archbishop Milingo, who has set up an organisation called “Married Priests Now”, says reinstating married priests into the Church would help ease shortages of priests in the United States.
Hmm, I bet if you allow Baptists to be Priests, that would help the “shortage” as well. Then again, that’s not Church doctrine. You are not the Pope. Either get in line, or get out.
