Spoor VS Halverson

Ilene Spoor has had enough of the Judge Halverson. Spoor has filed a defamation lawsuit against Judge Halverson.
Halverson had accused Spoor of fixing tickets and then attempting to cover it up after Spoor was fired by Halverson while on vacation.
Halverson also claims her safety is in jeopardy, because of some unknown boogie-men. Presumably Spoor and the court employees who hated Halverson due to her regal attitude are the people she fears? Maybe Chief Judge Kathy Hardcastle who fired her is the person who scares her?
Possibly she is afraid of Jenny Craig?

Not only does she charge Halverson with misdeeds, she has named 10, yes 10 co-conspirators. DOES I to X. Unknown at this time.
In a video provided by the court, Spoor was seen trying to collect her personal belongings. Judge Halverson accused her of trying to take evidence of a ticket-fixing operation.
In the lawsuit, Spoor says she did refer citations to attorneys looking for experience, but did not in any way “fix” them, take any money or break the law in the process. Spoor is claiming Halverson defamed her, cast her in false light and also invaded her privacy.
Let’s not forget that the “I-Team” assisted Judge Halverson in her attacks. I hope they are brought into this as well.
Kathy Hardcastle was up in Carson, and through her attorney stated she was not surprised at the tactics of Halverson. Why is that when people are so very wrong on an issue, they immediately start throwing out all sorts of nonsense as a way to distract people? Do they really think this works? The Dems are doing it in Washington, and Halverson is doing in Carson City. Ridiculous.
