John Murtha Spins Like a Washing Machine
May 25th, 2007 by Mark
Rep John Murtha desperately trying to spin his way out of the ‘cut n run’ vote he cast yesterday.
He spends the entire article desperate spinning his vote yesterday as a reasonable response to the President. In September, December will be key. In December, April will be key. In April, the Novemeber elections will be key.
Patience has run out and I feel a change in direction happening within the chambers of Congress.
Sorry John ol boy, but you sir are all bark and no bite. You and your cowardly partners refuse to live up to your campaign promises or post-election rhetoric. The change you speak of is your handlers giving you new talking points.
It’s simple, you vote against this and your party and you go down in flames to the trash heap of history. The nut-roots that are attacking you now, thankfully are not the majority of Americans, and you know it.
So stop your spin, it’s nonsense.
You and the liberal party are nothing but blow and bluster. You will do anything to get what you want, and what you want is power. None of your ilk have the courage of your convictions. If you even have any convictions, which I doubt.
Well you do believe in getting elected which means you act like Hillary and say and do whatever you have to win an election. No matter the consequences, winning an election (and spending my money) is all that matters to you and your Dem buddies.
Sadly you played politics with our troops lives and now you pat yourself on the back for lying for months, dragging this out, and give the terrorists sound bites to use against us. You emboldened our enemies. Nice job.
More liberal Nonsense
AP news-crap; says the fight has just begun – please! You lost.
WASHINGTON — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Friday the Iraq spending bill is a disappointment because it does not end the war, but that it’s only a matter of time before Democrats get their way.
“I think the president’s policy is going to begin to unravel now,” said Pelosi, D-Calif.
Oh NOW it’s going to unravel. You mean like you and your whole party are unraveling RIGHT NOW?
Democrats say the fight is far from over.
“We’re going to keep coming back and coming back,” said Rep. Rahm Emanuel of Illinois, chairman of the Democratic caucus.
You usually do, for money FOR YOUR PET PROJECTS. That must be what really pisses you off, that you can’t spend this money on worthless pork projects to feed your backers.
“I fully support our troops” but the measure “fails to compel the president to give our troops a new strategy in Iraq,” said Clinton, D-N.Y.
No you don’t. Hillary lied, people died. Nutrooters feel free to use that.
At least Bush did not cave in to you on this. Seems the only thing he won’t cave in on, lately.
