Seems that money laundering is still quite easy these days.
Two former IRS agents spent $4000 and one month to show how easy [link to story] it truly is.
Their conclusion:

Yet, Bush is not alarmed that BofA is giving out credit cards without SSNs, and he is more worried about protecting the casinos, horse tracks, and state lotteries than he is about protecting the U.S.
