Not a Surprise

…to anyone with a brain.
The New York Times says that the increase in tax revenues is a surprise. Umm no, not to any sane rational person with a clue. Why do they keep writing this crap? Does anyone rally believe this non-sense? Idiots.
WASHINGTON, July 8 — An unexpectedly steep rise in tax revenues from corporations and the wealthy is driving down the projected budget deficit this year, even though spending has climbed sharply because of the war in Iraq and the cost of hurricane relief.
Wait, how can that be, didn’t we give the rich tax breaks and special perks to NOT pay taxes?
Tax revenues are climbing twice as fast as the administration predicted in February, so fast that the budget deficit could actually decline this year.
I am more confused. How can the administration have UNDERESTIMATED an increase, when Democrats assured us that they were lying about the numbers and that tax revenues would fall? Oh yea, it’s called spin.
