Not at Google, where it seems that the Googlians are “out to lunch”. Again.
After settling a lawsuit on “click fraud” that is going to cost them $90 million plus attorney fees and court fees etc… they decided to post this revelation on, guess where. The corporate blog. What a bunch of clowns.
In a blog note on Thursday, Henry Blodgett, former Merrill Lynch Internet analyst, said the $90m settlement of one case proved click fraud was still material to Google and the situation was “getting ridiculous” with “yet another Three Stooges PR move” of announcing this on its corporate blog.
Yep, more proof they just don’t get it. They think they can play it their way and all is well. Don’t work that way. Time for these bone-heads to grow up.
Maybe losing a bundle of “cash” will get their attention? Or maybe when people wake up and realize they don’t know what they are doing, and desert them? Maybe it’s starting?
