High Court Explains the Golden Rule

He who has the Gold makes the rules. Supreme Court rules 8–0 in favor of America. Even the liberal judges sided with the military.
Liberals love to use your money to achieve their purposes. It’s only when we want to exercise control over our money do they suddenly decided that the Government should not interfere.
Today the lefty schools who desperately want to destroy America while using it’s own constitution as a weapon against it, were dealt a serious blow to their bizarre ‘reality’. The High court made it clear that the rules that go along with the money apply to EVERYONE, including liberals.
Accommodating the military’s message does not affect the law schools’ speech, because the schools are not speaking when they host interviews and recruiting receptions,” Roberts wrote.
He added, “Nothing about recruiting suggest the law schools agree with any speech by recruiters, and nothing in (federal law) restricts what the law schools may say about the military’s policies.”
The best part is that they said what everyone else has been saying, don’t take the money if you don’t like the rules that go along with the money. Another victory for “choice”!
Led by Roberts, several justices said colleges opposed to the military’s policy could simply refuse the government money.
Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, now retired, added there was nothing stopping schools from allowing recruiters while still making their objections known by posting disclaimers or openly protesting.
Finally, some common sense. Now the fight over how much access, and accommodation the lefties will be willing to cede to the military. The liberals and some Conservatives are saying this will destroy research. Hogwash! Scientist need the money more than we need them. On top of that, the schools need students, and the only way most of them get them is with government money.
Maybe now Bush will get some backbone and take on the liberals, and stop the indoctrination of our kids.
What I find really ironic is the idea that a “school” even has “Free Speech” rights. Only people can have rights. This is just more of the same nonsense coming out of the “Secular Humanist” Left. They don’t see people, much less America as special. Maybe this will be the first in a series of events to turn back the clock on the socialist lunacy that has griped our country for too long.
