Partial Birth Slaughter to Continue
Feb 1st, 2006 by Mark
Seems the radical left judges are going to do everything they can to keep the slaughter of babies going strong. The continuance of the stupidity created by Roe v Wade is evidenced in the ruling yesterday by the 9th and 2nd U.S. District Courts. Both rulings are similar to a previous ruling by the 8th circuit court.
The first ruling came from a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals here. The decision, which found the law unconstitutional on three separate grounds, applies in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii, plus Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Hours later, a three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan issued a similar decision. It affirmed a 2004 ruling by a judge who upheld the right to perform the late-term abortion even as he described the procedure as “gruesome, brutal, barbaric and uncivilized.”
The law banned a procedure known to doctors as intact dilation and extraction and called partial-birth abortion by abortion foes. The fetus is partially removed from the womb, and the skull is punctured or crushed.
Both courts said that the procedure of “partial birth abortion” where a child is partially birthed (you know the time when the left says a child is ‘born’ and becomes a human) and then the so-called doctor then breaks open the baby’s skull to suck out the brain to murder a child; is OK. Even though doctors say there is never a reason to perform this procedure, the courts are saying it must be available.
In other words the courts, and the lefties that run them are saying that torture is constitutionally protected as long as you are performing an abortion. Fine, let’s abort some terrorists and see how quickly they say the opposite.
Here is what it looks like, and here, and the final step here. If this does not disgust you then you are not human.

There is no reason, excuse, or even an argument to justify this type of barbarism. This is why we need the Supreme Court to be filled with judges who don’t legislate from the bench.
