Crackberry gets no love.
Jan 23rd, 2006 by Mark
Crackberry addicts had better get ready for crappy windows products. The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by R.I.M. which could mean the end of service. Then again maybe R.I.M. will just pay up or rewrite the code for the email relay that got them into trouble.
The rejection of the case could mean an injunction against R.I.M. within days. This could mean an end to service, or just a curtailment. Should be interesting to see how this plays out.
