Lanny Davis Lies, again

Lanny Davis (Democrat/liberal) is saying that the 1982 Covert Status act is impossible to prosecute, and get a conviction. In other words the act is impossible to prove. He was then corrected by a former prosecutor, who said it had been prosecuted and successfully.

NYT reporter Judith Miller was allowed to cover up for her other sources, who talked to her about Valerie Plame.
Why?
