My Son Would Be So Proud!

Dear Casey,
Writing this from jail. Are you shocked honey? Never thought mommy would be so powerful? I understand, you never saw me like this, I was still living under the thumb of religion and “family values”. I have changed for the better.
I love you, and miss you so much that I decided to get arrested. I know that you believed in our country, and it’s laws; but they just don’t work, honey. I must show the world how evil the country you fought for, truly is.
The best part about getting arrested is meeting people who agree with me. They tell me that I have made it possible for them to feel good again. Oh it is so wonderful. They want to join me on my next protest of the horrible Bush regime.
Several who were arrested with me, spoke about how they did this in the 60s. They told me that I have sparked a renewed sense of hope in them. They longed for the days when they could change the world. I have made it possible for them to do that. They hugged me, and we cried.
The hurt is so deep in all of us. I lead us in a chant for peace. You could feel the love in the cell.
They all agree that Bush tricked you into fighting for oil and Israel. Everyone knows that Bush used you. I am ashamed that you bought into George’s lies. Didn’t I raise you better than that? They must have brain washed you.
I have been told by a reliable source that you were most likely forced to take mind altering chemicals, and possibly tortured. So clearly it is not your fault that you re-enlisted.
I never should have let you enlist. Now I can rectify my mistake. The entire Bush regime is corrupt, and the world must know. Now I can make them pay for what they did to me. My words speak truth to power.
Fortunately I am surrounded by loving and caring people who want to help me get out my message. They have paid for me to camp out in Crawford. They paid me to run around the country, and speak to other peace loving wonderful people.
Mommy is a blogger, honey. Can you believe it. My words bring hope and inspiration to all. It is so great to be able to guide people to the truth. Many who joined my cause, said my blogs were inspirational. So many have said they joined because of my words.
Michael Moore and Code Pink saw the truth in what I was saying. They helped me found an organization to fight against the evil Bush regime and his Jew Bastard Israeli friends. Aren’t you proud of mommy? I am sure you are.
Oh life is going so well right now. Wish you could see me in action. I am doing so much good for you. Hopefully you understand, that I must fight for you on this. They took my baby and now they have to pay.
The best part? We are ending terror. Oh my, it is so wonderful. Freedom is just around the corner.
Oh BTW, Dad and I are getting divorced. Grammy had a stroke. Anyway back to the fight for truth and liberty.
